cirque romain de Vienne
The Roman circus in Vienna is an ancient Roman monument to the city of Vienna (Isère), built at the end of the second century. It is known by 19th-century excavations. Only today remains a unique vestige, commonly known as the Vienna pyramid, and locally simply "the Pyramid" or "the Tomb of Pilate".
It is the only ancient Egyptian monument standing in France. The Vienna pyramid has been classified as historical monuments since 22 March 1852.
