About

The Armenian Heritage Centre, or Cpa, is a cultural facility in Valencia Novels Agglo located in the former Law Faculty of Valencia, Drôme. From the example of the Armenian diaspora, this original place, inaugurated in 2005 and enlarged in 2018, evokes more widely the history of peoples and cultures and addresses universal key notions such as migration, living together and the great stakes of our time. It is primarily a citizen institution open to the twenty-first century and accessible to all audiences. Throughout the year, its programming includes visits, meetings, conferences, but also activities for the young public and the family audience. The objectives of the Cpa are to:

Make the history of the Armenian diaspora known by putting it in perspective with that of other contemporary migrations Combating all forms of discrimination and as such, educating people to live together Decrypting international news related to the memory of peoples and contemporary conflicts Helping to advance research and disseminate knowledge
