The Duduchothèque is a place of exhibition and documentation dedicated to the work of the cartoonist Cabu, located next to the Georges-Pompidou library in Châlons-en-Champagne, France. It is housed in a 19th century building, located on Rue Léon Bourgeois. It is a symbol because Léon Bourgeois (1851-1925) politician of the Third Republic, was the first president of the League of Nations and received the Nobel Peace Prize.
The Duduchothèque derives its name from the Grand Duduche, double high school student of Cabu, when he was a young man in Châlons-en-Champagne. The site was inaugurated in December 2018 in the presence of Minister Franck Riester. His wife Véronique was particularly involved in the creation of the Duduchothèque.
In the 15th century, this building was named "Hotel de l'écu de France" until the 18th century. It is then one of the most important hotels in the city. At the end of the 18th century, the house was sold to Anne Catherine Legentil, who obtained permission to rebuild it.
