Passerelle du Franc-Moisin

Passerelle du Franc-Moisin successively designates two crossings of the Saint-Denis Canal at Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis), the first being a bridge created in 1998 and intended to be dismantled, the second being a bridge which was put into service in June 2024 and which reused the deck of the former rotating bridge (2003-2023), which was adjacent to the first bridge. These crossings connect the Franc-Moisin and Stade de France districts. Pedestrian connections were provided preferentially by the sidewalks of the rotating bridge, but there were recurrent breakdowns in the decade following its inauguration, leading the municipality to decide in 2021 to replace it with a fixed bridge.
