Parc floral de la Prairie

The Prairie Floral Park also known as the Camellia Park is located in Alès in the Gard department in Occitanie region. This park, created in the early twentieth century, has more than 280 different varieties of camellias with more than 1,000 plants, some of which are over a hundred years old. Since 2007, the park has been classified as an approved collection at the National Conservatory of Specialized Plant Collections. This is the first French park to have been labeled Bio Ecocert.
