The monument to the dead of Mont-de-Marsan is a work by the sculptor Charles Despiau made between 1918 and 1922. Originally created to honour the memory of the soldiers of the commune killed during the First World War, the work also pays tribute to the Montoise victims of the following conflicts involving France.
