saint sépulcre de la cathédrale de Strasbourg
The Holy Sepulchre of the Cathedral of Strasbourg is a monumental holy tomb built in the 14th century in the chapel of the Cathedral of Strasbourg. The fragments of the monument, destroyed in the 17th century, allowed the reconstruction of the sarcophagus, which is permanently displayed at the Musée de l'Ouvre Notre-Dame de Strasbourg, while elements of the architectural decoration are found in the collections of the Fondation de l'Ouvre Notre-Dame and that part of the painted decoration remains in the original location.
