The theatre Les Ateliers was founded in 1975 by Gilles Chavassieux. It is located 5 rue Petit David, in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon. It closed in 2013 to become Les Ateliers Presqu'Île, one of the two sites of the Théâtre Nouvelle Génération.
