The castle of Verdun-Dessus or château de Verdon is an ancient castle, from the 13th century, modernized, center of the seigneury of Verdun, which stands above the hamlet of the Baraterie, on the commune of Cruet in the department of Savoie in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
