Saint-Germain de Mont-l'Évêque is a Catholic parish church located in Mont-l'Évêque, Oise, France. It succeeds a church attested before the middle of the eleventh century, and of which no vestige remains. The construction of the present church is probably due to Guérin, bishop of Senlis, when he established the rural residence of the bishops of Senlis at Mont-l'Évêque during the 1220s.
However, the parts dating back to that time were few and were limited to the nave and the old north crusillon. Indeed, the Hundred Years' War damaged the church, and during the first half of the 16th century it was largely rebuilt in the flamboyant Gothic style. From this time, the choir with its collaterals dates, which seduces by its slenderness, elegance and the varied design of its vaults with liernes and thirdons.
Interesting carved details are also discovered outside. The first span of the choir is, however, less high and more sober, as it is the old remodeled transept. On the other hand, the lower side of the nave, whose two capitals of large arcades are the only elements worthy of interest, as well as...
