For Capula elegans, a synonym for species of gastropods, see Capulus elegans (Tapparone Canefri, 1877).
Castellu di Capula is part of the entire site of Cucuruzzu in South Corsica. It is at the end of the promenade of the site, after passing a fortress village dating from the bronze age, that one reaches, at the end of twenty minutes in the undergrowth, the "casteddu" of Capula. This site was classified as a historic monument in December 1990. A pilgrimage to Saint Laurent takes place every year on August 9.
