Saint-Michel-et-Saint-Vaast Church is a Catholic parish church located in Catenoy, Oise department, France. It is one of the oldest churches in Beauvais. Its transept, its central bell tower and its choir have undergone very few modifications since their construction in the late 11th century, and are interesting testimonies of the Romanesque architecture of that time.
The crossing of the transept takes place by two windows high east side, and the church Saint-Vaast therefore has one of the few tower-lanterns of the department. The bell tower is one of the first with gemini windows. The choir is covered with a cradle vault followed by a arch arch.
The façade was added some 60 years later, and reflects the Romanesque style at its peak. Its six-piece portal decorated with broken sticks is one of the most successful in the region. In the nave, of considerable dimensions, large arcades very elegant in the Gothic style of the early 13th century ensure communication with the side added at that time.
