cuves de Sassenage
The Cuves de Sassenage or caves de Sassenage are located in the department of Isère, at the foot of the massif of Vercors, in the commune of Sassenage, in the Grenobloise agglomeration. The site, served by the public transport services of the Grenobloise agglomeration (SEMITAG), is partially open to the public (except in the winter months), its entry is paid and subject to climatic hazards due to the flood risks associated with the ex-emergence of the Germe. This site is presented as one of the seven wonders of Dauphiné in the late Middle Ages.
