Maison Morange

The Morang House, or Museum of Indian Ocean Music and Instruments, is a French museum located in Hell-Bourg, an island in the municipality of Salazie, on the island of La Réunion, in the southwest of the Indian Ocean. Inaugurated on 5 November 2015 in the former home of Henri Morange, the museum, rich in a collection of 1,500 traditional instruments, presents more than 400 instruments. This collection was brought together by two enthusiasts, Robert Fonlupt and François Ménard, for half a century around the world.

She is one of the three richest in France. The building has been included in the additional inventory of Historic Monuments since June 7, 2018.
