Mulhouse Zoological and Botanical Park is a French zoological park located in the Grand Est region of Upper Rhine, southeast of the city of Mulhouse. Created in 1868 by industrialists, led by Charles Thierry-Mieg Jr., it will successively be owned by the Mulhousian Circle, the Mulhouse Industrial Society, and then the City from 1893. Today it is managed by the community of agglomeration of the Mulhousian region, Mulhouse Alsace Agglomeration.
Its director has been the veterinarian Benoît Quintard since 2024. Located in the Rebberg district, on the edge of the Tannenwald forest, it covers 25 hectares and has over 900 animals of 170 species, as well as 3,500 plant varieties. Among the park's iconic species are primates, including nine lemur species and four gibbons, and arctic fauna (white bears, muskoxes, polar foxes, etc.) grouped within the Great North.
