Église du Castelas de Rochefort-du-Gard

Castelas, or church of Castelas, is located in the town of Rochefort-du-Gard of the Gard department in the French region of Languedoc in Occitanie. It is the first parish church dedicated to Saint Bardulphus (in patois, Saint Bardoux), abbot of the monastery of Bobbio, Italy. The chapel that touched the sacristy was dedicated to the cult of Saint Alzias, and that of facing the Virgin.

Today, it no longer hosts any religious demonstrations. It has become a culture room where there can be exhibitions, concerts and theatre performances.
