St. Stephen's Cathedral is a former Roman Catholic fortified cathedral located in the city of Agde, in the French department of Hérault and the Occitanie region. It is dedicated to Saint Stephen.
The city is the seat of the bishopric of Agde from the fifth century until 1790. Its main characteristic is to have been built of black volcanic stone from Mount Saint-Loup, which accentuates the imposing character of its fortifications.
