Notre-Dame-du-Grau Church, formerly Notre-Dame-d'Aiguesvives, is a Catholic church located near the banks of the Hérault two kilometres south of Agde, at the place called the Grau-d'Agde, in the French department of the Hérault and the Occitanie region. Together with the chapel Notre-Dame-de-la-Genouillade and the cave of Notre-Dame de l'Agenouillade, it constitutes the sanctuary of the Agenouillade, a Marian pilgrimage site.
