The Notre-Dame-de-la-Genouillade chapel or Notre-Dame-de-l'Agenouillade chapel is a Catholic place of worship located in Agde in the French department of Hérault and the Occitanie region. Together with the church of Notre-Dame-du-Grau and the cave of Notre-Dame de l'Agenouillade, it constitutes the sanctuary of the Agenouillade, a place of Marian pilgrimage.
