Portus Itius is the name given by Julius Caesar during his conquest of Gauls at a port built by the Romans on the coast of the Channel, north of Gaul. Its exact location is unknown but it would probably be in Saint-Omer or its surroundings, Cap Blanc-Nez, Wissant, Ambletuse, or Boulogne-sur-Mer...
