The former Amidonniers mill is a former factory built at the end of the 18th century in the Amidonniers district of Toulouse, which currently houses the Saint Paul church.
History: A large number of industrial activities followed from 1791 to 1922: paper mill, cotton spinning, indigo manufacturing (the Imperial Indigo), pasta manufacturing plant. The building was first given to the sisters of the Foreign Missions (sisters of Saint Paul), then to the diocese of Toulouse in 1939. The parish of Saint Paul was founded in 1964. Following its inscription in the Historic Monuments in 1991, the church was renovated and inaugurated in 1995.
