The Keroual wood is located near the town of Brest (northwest), on the road to Guilers, a commune of which it is part. It has nearly 56 hectares of natural space with a children's playground and hiking trails. There are tree species of local or exotic species, such as the Virginia tulip tree, maple, oak, chestnut, birch, aspen, robin, redwood, cryptomeria and Insignis pine. The wood houses:
The Keroual mansion, former home of Louise Renée de Penancoët de Keroual, whose park houses the Astropolis festival every year, the mill turned into pancakery, many ponds, rivers or water bodies, grasslands.
You can access the Keroual wood via line 12 of the Bibus network by going down to the Penfeld stop.
