History: Built at the end of the 19th century, in a period of expansion of the city, it is now the seat of the Sarthe Chamber of Commerce. The building was partly preserved but was added a window at the exit overlooking Levasseur Boulevard. The yard will be quite long, begun in 1866, it will not be completed until 1890, the fault of the wars and other projects of the mancelle city: namely the Tunnel of the Jacobins. Created on the plans of a certain Lafon, it is decorated with sculptures by Manceau Filleul. The stock exchange is located at the southern end of the Republic Square. Despite the impressive size of the building, it is now embedded in the neighbouring building.
