Situation: It is located in the basements of the Montparnasse station. One enters through a door to the left of the façade, under the left pendulum of the station, looking at it from Raoul-Dautry Square.

History: The chapel was built on the initiative of Victor Bucaille, charged in 1954 to the Paris Council with the reflection on the "new Montparnasse station". Like other capitals in Europe, he wanted at least one Parisian station to have a place of worship, and to date this chapel is the only one located in a Parisian station. It is dedicated to Saint Bernard in honor of Victor Bucaille's son, who disappeared forefather in 1946. The interior decoration, very sober, is mainly the work of sculptor Pierre de Grauw. First of all, there is its altar, which was shaped from railway wooden ties.
