The Chapel of the Black Penitents is a disused chapel located in Aubagne, Bouches-du-Rhône department, France. It has been listed as a historical monument since 2 December 1927. Disused of worship, it now serves as an exhibition venue: it has been home to the contemporary art centre Les Penitents Noirs since 2008.
