Bordeaux Natural History Museum, now called Bordeaux Museum - science and nature, is a French natural history museum located in Bordeaux, in the department of Gironde, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. This municipal institution is under the supervision of the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, and is also supported by the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs of Aquitaine. The museum is labeled "Musée de France" and conforms to the recommendations of the Musées de France department of the Ministry of Culture and Communication.

The property was closed from 2008 for renovation and security and reopened on March 31, 2019 after 10 years of closure. It is possible to access the Museum by the lines station Public Garden and Fondaudège Museum, as well as by the lines 2 5 15 23
