pont ferroviaire de Pirmil
Pirmil's railway bridge, sometimes called Pornic's bridge, crossed the Loire (bras de Pirmil) in Nantes, France. This bridge, along with the Haudaudine bridge, constitutes the maritime boundary of the Loire at Nantes, since these two bridges were then an impassable obstacle to ships operating in the Port of Nantes to climb the river further upstream. Beyond these works, the Loire is considered a river.
