théâtre des Deux Ânes
The Théâtre des Deux Ânes is a Parisian theatre with a capacity of 300 seats built in 1922 at 100, boulevard de Clichy (18th arrondissement) in which is perpetuated the Montmartre tradition of cabarets of songwriters. The theatre has been conducted since 1995 by comedian Jacques Mailhot. The façade on the boulevard and the elevation of the hall have been listed as historical monuments since 25 June 1991. At the location of the Théâtre des Deux Anes several establishments had previously been operated and frequently renamed, from 1910 to 1922, by their various owners or directors.
