About

The Rocherolles viaduct is a rail bridge allowing the crossing of the Gartempe by the line of Aubrais - Orléans in Montauban-Ville-Bourbon, on the territory of the communes of Folles and Bersac-sur-Rivalier in the department of Haute-Vienne in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. When it came into service in 1856, it was considered the highest bridge in France. It is borrowed by trains from the Paris to Toulouse relationship via the Châteauroux - Limoges section.
