The church Saint-Saturnin de Meschers is a parish church in the commune of Meschers-sur-Gironde, in the Charente-Maritime department and the diocese of La Rochelle and Saintes. Rebuilt several times over the centuries, it is inspired by neo-classicism; Its sobriety is reminiscent of the Protestant temples of the region, beginning with the one of Meschers. It preserves a remarkable Gothic bell tower, from the 15th century (but built on a Romanesque stock), symbol of the city, inscribed in the additional inventory of historical monuments, since 1925 (by decree of 23 February 1925).
