The Saint-Étienne church in Lyon, destroyed after the French Revolution, is probably the oldest church in Lyon. It belongs to the cathedral group of Lyon and is located north of the Saint John primatia and south of the Sainte-Croix church. It includes the ancient Baptistery that was next to the cathedral.
