The Saint-Étienne de Tours Church, located in Tours Place Michelet, near the Avenue de Grammont, the railway station and the Town Hall, is a Roman Catholic church, built at the end of the 19th century in a neo-Roman style. It was the first church in the commune of Saint-Étienne Extra, annexed by the city of Tours in 1846. It was built from 1869 to 1874. The main architect of this hall church is Gustave Guérin, and its stained glass windows were made by Lucien-Léopold Lobin.
