About

The Catholic parish church of St-Germain-d'Auxerre in Coignières, a commune in the Yvelines department in the Île-de-France region, dates back to a 12th century Roman Catholic religious building. The church is dedicated to Saint Germain d'Auxerre. Until the French Revolution, the church belonged to the diocese of Chartres and currently to the diocese of Versailles. In the church there is a 16th century stained glass window, inscribed in 1908 as a historical monument in the Palissy Base.
