Grottes de Blanot

The caves of Blanot (or cave of Cailleverdière) are located in the commune of Blanot, between Tournus and Cluny, in the department of Saône-et-Loire, in the region Burgundy-Franche-Comté. This cave, which opens in the gorge of La Mangette, at the foot of Mont Saint-Romain, has a succession of rooms, the first overlooking a deep cavity. This cave is, with the caves of Azé, the only underground cavity open to the public in Saône-et-Loire.
