The work of the Frissinea, spelled also Frassinea or Frassinea, is a fortification forming part of the Maginot line, located on the town of Rimplas in the department of Alpes-Maritimes. It is a small infantry structure, built as a complement to Rimplas's large work in order to prevent any Italian troops or armoured personnel from crossing the Tinée road leading to Nice.
