Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire Basilica is a Romano-Byzantin-style Roman Catholic basilica built between 1883 and 1889 in Lourdes, Upper Pyrénées. It is the second of the three basilicas of Lourdes, the most important pilgrimage centre of the Hautes-Pyrénées and France since the apparitions of Lourdes. Consecrated in 1901, it is called "lower basilica" to distinguish it from the basilicas, respectively designated "upper" (basilica of the Immaculate Conception) and "subterranean" (basilica of Saint Pie-X), all of which are part of the complex of the Sanctuary of Lourdes which still includes the Church of Saint Bernadette, the last of its places of worship and number of chapels.

It should also be noted that Lourdes also has in the city centre a parish church, the Church of the Sacred Heart, whose construction was launched by Abbé Dominique Peyramale, parish priest of Lourdes at the time of the apparitions of the Virgin Mary to Bernadette Soubirous.
