Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Church is a Catholic parish church located in Sarcelles, France. It is architecturally remarkable for its late Romanesque bell tower with a stone arrow; Its richly decorated southern Gothic portal; and its western Renaissance façade that follows a still Gothic layout. The church plan is very simple; It occupies a rectangular surface on the ground and is divided into three vessels of six spans each, ending with a flat bedside.
The Renaissance is not present inside: the first four spans corresponding to the nave are flamboyant, and the last two spans corresponding to the choir are of primitive Gothic style and date around 1220. It may seem surprising that the Romanesque style is also not present inside and that nothing more from the base of the bell tower is visible: it was in fact entirely taken up as a work when the Gothic choir was built. As a whole, the interior of the church is rich in quality architecture, and the large arcades of the nave are of great lightness, but the lack of windows and the greyish coating of the end...
