About

The Jungle Garden is located in France in the town of Eu, in the Seine-Maritime department and the Normandy region. This 15 hectare private garden, open to the public since 2012, brings together the botanical collections of Charles Boulanger. These are integrated into a very wild forest environment where local fauna and flora are preserved. The jungle garden is divided into four parts: the Arboretum, which includes rare woody collections (Bretschneidera, Cathaya, Sequoia, Fitzroya...) with a bamboo grove, a closed garden that preserves the collections of shrubs (Hydrangea, Rhododendron, lianas and introductions), an aquatic garden and a moorland in Eucalyptus (ecotypes selected for their resistance to cold).
