The Church of Notre-Dame des Champs, officially dedicated to Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, is a Catholic parish church located in Maffliers, Val-d'Oise, France. It probably replaces an old chapel dedicated to Saint-Blaise. The early parish church was the Notre-Dame-des-Champs chapel, located on Rue de Beaumont, which was demolished in 1793.

Only a wooden statue from the Virgin to the Child of the early 14th century remains. Restored in 1875, it was installed in the church, and now known as Notre-Dame-des-Champs, which explains the use of the church. It consists of a bell tower of 1574; a single high nave built in nine months in 1859; and a Renaissance choir with two side chapels and pentagonal apse of the years 1554-1556.

Its oriental parts are remarkable, and of an elegant bill, and are characterized by the high committed columns supporting the vault of the apse, and its capitals of Doric and Corinthian order, surmounted by sections of entrapment.
