église de la Sainte-Trinité d'Hédouville
The Church of the Holy Trinity or the Saint-Sauveur is a parish Catholic church located in Hedouville (Val-d'Oise). It is probably the first church in the village, but some details suggest that it could include elements of an older chapel. The central ship did not predate the 1230s / 1240s, and consisted of a short un vaulted nave and a square choir vaulted with warheads, which was once illuminated by a triplet.
The support of the triumphal arch, unfortunately covered, consists of a column, a backsplash and a pilastre. To the north, a former seigneurial chapel is contiguous with the choir. It dates from the first half of the 16th century, and is closed by a wooden grid a little posterior.
The Church of the Trinity is not signalled by the quality of its architecture, but it represents a rural church of the mid-thirteenth century in its simplest expression, and has not been significantly reshuffled. The small building was listed as historic monuments by order of 16 June 1926. The church is now part of the parish of Nesles-la-Vallée, and welcomes Sunday Masses only irregularly.
