The church Saint-André is a church in Chazay d'Azergues, Rhône department. It is the parish church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul in Val d'Azergues. It was renovated in the 2000s and then renovated in 2013.

A new window symbolizing the Nativity is introduced above the portal. Its neo-Gothic architecture, which is the work of André Bernard, is inspired by 13th century cathedrals. It was consecrated by Bishop Jacques Ginoulhiac, Archbishop of Lyon and Primate des Gaules, on September 3, 1883.
