The Comtadin-Duplessis Museum was a municipal museum in Carpentras, France. His collections were transferred to the Inguimbertine Library. He presents collections on the history of Comtat Venaissin and collections of paintings and sculptures. The institution is known in the world of art to house in particular the masterpiece Gamines (1890) of Impressionist painter Louise Catherine Breslau, bought by the State in 1893 on the initiative of Puvis de Chavannes, then president of the National Society of Fine Arts.
