The former church of Saint-Jacques du Mont-aux-Malades is a Roman Catholic church in ruins located in Mont-Saint-Aignan, France.

Location: The ruins of the church is located in the Mont-aux-Malades district of Mont-Saint-Aignan, commune of the French department of the Seine-Maritime, rue Louis-Pasteur.

History: The church was built in the 12th century, around 1130-1135. The Leproserie du Mont-aux-Malades was installed there until 1792. The building was listed as historic monuments on March 29, 1971. The ruins were restored in 1971-72.

Description: Only four spans are preserved. The capitals are decorated with hooks and stylized animals.
