chapelle Sainte-Marie-du-Cap
The Sainte-Marie-du-Cap chapel, known as the Algerian chapel, is a building located in the commune of Lège-Cap-Ferret, France, at the level of the village of l'Herbe, on the banks of the Arcachon basin. This is the only remaining element of a vast estate built by Léon Lesca, a public works contractor upon his return from Algeria from 1864. It was completed in 1885 and has been listed as historic monuments since 2008.
