colline Saint-Eutrope
Saint-Eutrope Hill is located in the centre of the commune of Orange, in the French department of Vaucluse in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It is one of the highest points at 105 m or about 11% and dominates the city centre in its northern part, with the ancient theatre below. The site, on which the remains of the ancient castle of the princes of Orange are located, extends over 9.45 hectares, and has been listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Inventory since 2007. The hill was also listed in the inventory of environmental sites in 1935, on an area of 25 hectares.
