The monument to the dead of Rauba-Capèu (Vole-Chapeau en Occitan Nice) is located in Nice, on the seaside road, at the level of the Rauba-Capèu quai, taking its name from the part of the promenade of the English, close to the monument, where the wind can be so strong that it "flys the hats" (rauba capèu en Niçois).
