The Rude Museum is a museum located in Dijon in Côte-d'Or (Bourgogne-Franche-Comté), both an art museum dedicated to the Dijon sculptor François Rude, one of the masters of the Romantic school in the 19th century, and an archaeological museum of the ancient Castrum of Dijon from the 3rd century. It was founded by the city of Dijon in 1947 in part of the old church of Saint Stephen of the eleventh century. Labeled Museum of France since 1 February 2003, it is attached to the Museum of Fine Arts in Dijon, which manages it.
