The Parc Jacob-Kaplan or Parc de la Buire is a Lyon park with an area of 5,000 m2, located in the Buire district of the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon. He was named after Jacob Kaplan, a resistant and then a Grand Rabbi of France from 1955 to 1980. The park is marked by hydraulic and artificial rainwater infiltration.
