Notre Dame Cathedral in Strasbourg (Alsatian of Strasbourg: Liebfråiminschter z'Stroosburi or Stroosburjer Minschter; in German: Liebfrauenmünster zu Straßburg or Straßburger Münster) is a Gothic cathedral located in Strasbourg, Alsace. Seat, disputed during the Reformation, of bishops who were suffragan of the province of Mainz until the concordat of 1801, she was then assigned exclusively to the Roman Catholic cult. It has been the seat of an archdiocese since 1988.

Founded in 1015 on the remains of a previous cathedral, it is raised from 1220 by the free imperial city of Strasbourg, rich merchant and financial republic, in the Gothic style, and is almost completed in 1365. It has the peculiarity of having seen the space between its two towers filled in 1388 and recognizes itself to its unique bell tower, surmounted by an arrow that was added to it in 1439. Between 1647 and 1874, for more than two centuries, it was the highest building in the world with its one hundred and forty-two metres high.
