The Frank-A.-Perret Museum is a museum located in Saint-Pierre, Martinique, at the top of Victor-Hugo Street, on the site of a battery of cannons that defended the Bay of Saint-Pierre, the "little Paris of the West Indies", then economic and cultural capital of Martinique.
